From Mumbai With Love started with a simple idea: the jhumkas, chandbalis and mandala sets you see glittering at every sangeet and Diwali lunch deserve an easy, beautiful home in South Africa.
Every piece is designed and manufactured in Mumbai: bespoke work from the city’s jewellery ateliers, then shipped, checked and wrapped here at home. We buy in small runs (1 570 pieces across ten lines for our first collection), so when a design is gone, it’s gone.
Affordable, not precious-metal: zinc alloy with a soft matt plating, light enough to wear all night, priced so you can match a different pair to every outfit of the festive season. Mumbai-made craft, without the bridal markup.
Try before you buy, from your couch
Jewellery is personal, and online shopping rarely does it justice. So we built a try-on studio straight into the site. Open it on your phone, see the piece on you, switch between gold and silver, and send the look to the family group for the final vote. It runs entirely on your device; your camera feed never leaves it.
