• Door-to-door courier: R99, 2–4 working days, main centres.
• Pickup point (Pargo-style): R69, 3–5 working days, 3,000+ points.
• Free delivery on orders over R750.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive tracking by SMS and email.

Changed your mind?

Under ECTA you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it. Return the piece unworn, in its original packaging. You pay only the cost of returning it, and we refund you within 30 days of receiving the return.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings must be returned unworn with their hygiene seal intact.

Faulty pieces

If a piece is defective, the CPA gives you the right to a repair, replacement or refund within 6 months of delivery. Normal wear of plating, damage from water, perfume or misuse isn’t covered.
