From Mumbai With Love (“FMWL”, “we”) respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

• Order information: name, email, mobile number and delivery address, so we can fulfil and deliver your order.
• Payment: handled entirely by our payment providers (PayFast, Yoco or Paystack). We never see or store card details.
• Usage analytics: anonymous events such as pages viewed, items added to bag and pieces tried on, to improve the shop.
• Marketing: only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Virtual try-on

The try-on studio processes your camera feed or photo locally in your browser. Images and video are not uploaded, recorded, stored, or used to train any model. Face landmark detection (when you enable Auto-fit) also runs on your device. Saved looks are created on your device and only shared if you choose to share them.

Who we share with

Only the service providers needed to run the shop (payment gateways, courier partners and our hosting provider), and only the information each needs. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to processing, by emailing hello@frommumbaiwithlove.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
