Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from From Mumbai With Love through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. They are subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

Products

Our pieces are bespoke jewellery designed and manufactured in Mumbai from zinc alloy with matt gold or silver plating. They are affordable statement jewellery, not precious metals. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and preview images may be illustrations until product photography is available.

Prices & payment

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by PayFast, Yoco or Paystack. An order is confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery

We ship within South Africa via courier or pickup point. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.
